The Godot Company, a new actors' co-operative dedicated to Samuel Beckett's works, has launched its debut production following preview runs and is set for a four-week public performance before a national tour with two distinct casts.

A new production designed to bring this modern classic to a wider audience, performed by the co-operative of distinguished actors that make up The Godot Company. Following preview runs at the Southwark Playhouse, the production officially opened to the press and public with a four-week run prior to touring in London and throughout the country featuring two separate casts, drawn from The Godot Company, performing in repertoire.

The Godot Company is a new actors’ co-operative, exclusively dedicated to performing the works of Samuel Beckett. This is their debut production.

Co-founder of The Godot Company, publisher John Calder has published in the UK most of the works of Samuel Beckett. Since he founded his publishing house in 1949, Calder has published some of the best of contemporary British and international dramatists, as well as works by such writers as Henry Miller and William Burroughs.
