"Listen. There's nothin goin down over there. Anybody who's over there is just trainin' the new police. Playin' card games, accidentally settin' flares off and lightin' their own pants on fire. It's not a fuckin' video game, it's not Vietnam, it's California, it's Summer camp."

In Fayetteville, North Carolina, sits one of the South's largest military bases. Practically everybody's somebody is over there. Flight Attendant Abby has finally agreed to settle down with her thoroughly unmilitary fiancé. Her sister Sara is thrilled to have her own husband back home once and for all. But when a mysterious Marine shows up on Abby's red-eye flight, all bets on stability are off. Oohrah! asks how we can remain true to ourselves when the pressures of domestic and military expectation threaten all.

"Lacey wrote an essay about you for school, I put it on the fridge. She wants you to take her to the rifle range."

This European premiere of a powerful and unexpected new play marks the London debut of the award-winning new American playwright Bekah Brunstetter, winner of the New York Innovative Theater Award for Best Original Full-Length Play, and twice winner of the Samuel French Short Play Festival.
