DISABLED ACCESS

There is full access to the main bar and an accessible toilet.

There are 23 steps to the theatre (including a turn in the stairs) with a handrail on the left-hand side.

On request, we can arrange a touch guide to the set and props, or prepare audio and large print versions of programmes and this brochure.

Guide and hearing dogs are welcome in the auditorium.

All seats are unreserved, and are in bench seating format, but the doors open to the auditorium 30 minutes before each performance, so if you are there then, you can choose your seat to suit your particular requirements.

We sometimes offer STAGETEXT captioned performances. Please see the webapge for the production to see if captioned performances are available, usually on the Saturday matinee of the third week of each main four week run. Captioning converts the spoken word into text that provides people with hearing loss with access to live performance. In captioning, the words appear on a screen at the same time as they are sung or spoken. Captions also include sound effects and offstage noises. For more information visit www.stagetext.org

Please call 020 7244 7439 or email us on admin@finboroughtheatre.co.uk and we will do everything possible to accommodate you.

RESERVED SEATS

All seats are unreserved, but normally the doors open to the auditorium 30 minutes before each performance, so that you can choose your seat.

CONCESSIONS

Pre-bookable concessions are available for the following groups:
Children aged 16 and under
Students in full-time education
ES40 claimants

Senior Citizens and
Equity, BECTU, MU and other entertainment union members in full benefit on Sunday matinees only.

We regret that if you are unable to provide appropriate identification, or if your identification is out-of-date, the full ticket price will be charged. If you are on a low wage, but don't qualify for a concession, the Tuesday evening performance is always at a low price. There are no concessions on a Saturday evening.

We also offer £6 tickets for under 30s for the first week of a main show run, and £10 tickets for residents of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea on the first Saturday evening of each main run. Both of these offers must be booked online.

We regret that there is no admittance or re-admittance to the auditorium whilst the performance is in progress.
