Reserved Seats

All seats are unreserved, but the doors open to the auditorium 15 minutes before each performance, so you can choose your seat then!

Concessions
Pre-bookable concessions are available for the following groups:
Children aged 16 and under
Students in full-time education
ES40 claimants
Disability Benefit claimants
Senior Citizens
and
Equity, BECTU, MU and other entertainment union members in full benefit on Sunday matinees only

We regret that if you are unable to provide appropriate identification, or if your identification is out-of-date, the full ticket price will be charged. Concessions are intended to help those who could not otherwise afford to come to the theatre - if you can afford to pay the full price, please do!

If you are on a low wage, but don't qualify for a concession, the Tuesday evening performance is always at a low price.
There are no concessions on a Saturday evening.

Latecomers

The Finborough is a small theatre with unreserved seating and we strongly recommend that you arrive in plenty of time for the performance. As part of our licence requirements, we regret that we cannot admit latecomers, even if they have a ticket.

Ticket Exchanges and Refunds
We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded when purchased.
For Friends of the Finborough Theatre only, we will exchange tickets for another performance of the same production with 24 hours notice.

Sold Out Performances and Returns List Policy
Ticketweb sells all our tickets for us, so if Ticketweb is sold out, then the theatre is sold out. Ticketweb telephone operators may tell you to contact the theatre if they are sold out - please ignore them. Once Ticketweb is sold out, then we have NO seats left.

For sold out performances, please wait at the far end of the bar near the fireplace. A Returns List will be opened at the bar 30 minutes before the performance for personal callers only - one place on the list per person. After your name has been taken, we will then ask you to be at the box office upstairs outside the theatre five minutes before the start of the performance when we will sell any returns if there are any. After the first names are taken in the bar, names for the returns list will be taken at the Box Office upstairs.

To be absolutely fair to everyone, we do not take any names on the returns list in advance - only to people who are there half an hour before the performance in person. You must be physically present and waiting when the returns list opens 30 minutes before the performance.

We never know how many returns there may be and cannot guarantee that there will be any at all.

Returns can be sold for cash only.

Food and Drink
You are very welcome to take drinks into the theatre in a plastic glass.
The Finborough Road Brasserie offers a wide choice of meals before the show including a special pre-theatre dinner offer. For more details, click here. To book your table, please call 020 7370 0955, email here or visit their website here

i. Refuse admission of the ticket holder to the premises.
ii. Reserve the right to request the ticket holder to leave the premises and to take any appropriate measure to enforce such a request.

iv. Make any change necessary in the performance, owing to any unavoidable cause.
v. Cancel or abandon the performance for reasons beyond its control without notice and without being liable to pay any person any compensation or damage whatsoever other than, at the Management's discretion, a possible percentage or maximum refund to the ticket holder of the value of the ticket.
