Awards in 2008

The Finborough Theatre was the winner of the Empty Space Peter Brook Award’s Dan Crawford Pub Theatre Award, supported by Nica Burns and the Cameron Mackintosh Foundation, for the second time, as well as winning the prestigious Pearson Award bursary for the fifth time for our Playwright-in-Residence Anders Lustgarten.

The Finborough Theatre was also nominated for Best Off-West End production for Plague Over England in the Whatsonstage Theatregoers' Choice Awards.

Overseas, Adam Gwon - who made his UK debut at the Finborough in November with his musical Ordinary Days - won the fourth annual Fred Ebb Award for Musical Theatre Songwriting.
